 Adam Schilt, currently a senior at Barbourville High School, was recently presented with a plaque by Barbourville Board of Education Chairman Shirley “Buck” Treadway in honor of him winning a Governor’s Cup state championship title. Adam won 1st place in Written Composition at the annual High School Governor’s Cup state competition held in Louisville, Ky.
