During the 2003 Barbourville - Knox County Food Drive, 12,693 food items were collected and donated to the Christian Life Fellowship Food Pantry to be distributed to families in Knox County. The elementary school food drive winner was Barbourville Elementary, second place was G.R. Hampton Elementary, and third place was Boone Elementary. The winning high school food drive winner was Barbourville High School and the runner-up was Lynn Camp High School.   Pictured above is Mrs. Phipps' fifth grade class who was the Barbourville Elementary Food Drive Winner.
