Kenneth M. Boggs

Mr. Boggs has served on the Barbourville Board of Education since being first selected in November 1990. He has served as its Vice Chairman since January 1993.    He is married to Sharon (BHS class of 1961) and they live at 210 Sampson Lane. They have two daughters: Janet Camille (BHS class of 1988), and Kendra (BHS class of 1992).
