Kenneth G. Cobb graduated from Barbourville High School in 1960 and then attended Union College where he obtained a B.S. Degree. He has worked for the Commonwealth of Kentucky's Social Services for over 35 years and is currently the Quality Control Manager at its Barbourville Office. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Barbourville Cemetery Association and a member of the Knox County Library Board.
Cobb recently retired from the Kentucky National Guard after serving 34 years, 11 months and 4 days and enjoyed every day. Mr. Cobb enjoys gardening and in particular working with tomatoes.
He and his wife Phyllis live at 110 Crest Street and they have three(3) daughters: Sheila (BHS class of 1985), Nancy (BHS class of 1990), and Monica (BHS class of 2001).
