The Barbourville City Schools begin the 2003-2004 school year with the teachers and staff having opening day trainings and updates on the 5th of August. Attractive, energetic, and READY for school, the students arrived and began their first day on Wednesday the 6th of August. The first day of school featured 316 students in the high school while 359 were here for the elementary. The Senior Class of 2004 has a membership of 59 and will graduate next May 21st.
