Pat Phipps, a teacher for 30 years, has retired from teaching at the Barbourville Elementary School. Mrs. Phipps was one of the most devoted Tiger supporters, who attended almost all events from games to concerts. She has hinted that she is going to be spending more time with grandson, Jordan.
Her last day of work was Friday, May 23rd where her fellow staff gave her a final ride to a grand lunch.
