Pat Phipps is the 5th and 6th grade English teacher for the Elementary. Pat is a graduate from good old Barbourville High School and a graduate of Union College. Mrs. Phipps has taught here for the last twenty-three years, and she still loves every moment of it. Pat is married to Ron and they have one son, Rondle Scott. Rondle Scott is a graduate from the class of 2000 here at Barbourville. Mrs. Phipps enjoys going to all of the activities at school, especially the basketball games. She will never forget the last second shot made by Rondle Scott last year in the District Tournament to beat Knox Central. Mrs. Phipps hopes to continue teaching and supporting the TRUE BLUE TEAM.
