Pictured above is the 2003 Knox County Rogers Scholar, Rebekah Todd as Mayor Patrick Hauser signs a proclamation declaring the week of November 9-15 ,2003 as Barbourville - Knox County Food Drive Week. Rebekah is a junior at Barbourville High School and chose the food drive as her Rogers Scholar community service project. All food collected will be donated to the Christian Life Fellowship Food Pantry to be distributed to families in Knox County.
