The Barbourville Board of Education and staff hosted a reception in honor of State Senator Robert Stivers of Manchester who represents Knox County in the 25th Senatorial District on Tuesday evening, August 26. Several points of interest relating to education were discussed formally and informally during the reception held at the Board Offices that evening.
